I have noticed that recently my touch screen no longer works. I followed a walkthrough to troubleshoot the problem and the guide said to uninstall and reinstall the touch screen driver.

So you a little bit behind for Windows 10, what you have is last years version of Windows 10 although that shouldn’t necessarily affect the touch screen.
Looking at your make and model in the other response it looks like Dell have a bios update which may help but you will need to go to them for that update.
It may also be the reason you haven’t been offered the version release of Windows 10 from A bios update is part of the hardware and not Windows 10 so Dell are best for support on that. And it must be done exactly to their instructions. Can you look through the listed updates to see if there have been any recent updates around the time you noticed the touch screen wasn’t working. You may need to expand some grouping to see all the received updates.
Edit: I notice the Dell website has a driver called Panel driver, this could be the touch screen, do you see that in Device Manager?
