All you do is copy the files as I instructed in my previous post to a properly formatted USB stick, and you can boot from it.

You just don’t know how to copy and paste. The software a person uses to create a portable USB drive is contained in Windows. Format fat32, copy, paste. Posted 19 October – PM. This did not work for me. SO, I had to fire up Powershell and try to format the usb to Fat32. Clear-Disk -Number 1 -RemoveData this will erase all data on selected drive. It did not work. All to no avail. It’s one program, and it has worked for thousands of people, time and time again. This forum is for helping people, people more often than not that have very little computer skills. Rufus or one of the other utilities just seems easier.
